Customer Success Specialist

Location: Tysons Corner, VA, Denver, CO, or Remote

Reports to: VP, Customer Success

What we’re looking to add to our team:

The Customer Success Specialist reports directly to the Vice President of Customer Success and is primarily responsible for client onboarding, ongoing training, and customer mentoring. An ideal candidate will be an energetic self-starter with a positive, customer-first mentality.

What you’ll do:

  • Lead onboarding and training of all new accounts
  • Serve as day-to-day contact for assigned accounts, building trust and rapport while identifying areas of opportunity, highlighting best practices, and documenting them
  • Build and evolve our customer help center and onboarding tools to meet the changing needs of our client base
  • Generate and produce written & video training content for new platform users
  • Use data collection and analysis to improve the customer experience
  • Partner with CSMs to address trends in customer concerns, improve customer health and minimize churn risk
  • Develop and maintain an understanding of boodle’s products and services

What we’re looking for:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 2+ years of experience on a customer facing team
  • Strong verbal and written communication
  • Strategic planning and project management skills
  • Customer-first mentality
  • Training and material development experience
  • CRM experience (ideally with Hubspot)
