Tests of Predictive Model for Direct Mail Respondents Shows 5x and 12x Lift

A Veteran Service Organization (VSO) used the boodleAI platform to create a custom guidon that predicted which recipients would respond to direct mail. The VSO then tested it using a prior campaign with powerful results.

The Challenge

The VSO sought to increase profitability by raising response rates to their direct mail campaigns. The organization's development staff wanted to focus its direct mail budget on recipients who had the highest likelihood of responding to an appeal for donations.

The Results
